Background Check

All background checks are processed through a secure, independent  third party, Smartmove.com powered by TransUnion.  Applicants are responsible for background check fees.

All payments are set up via Zelle or Venmo.  

All tenants are expected to follow the rules as outlined in the attached link, as well as any HOA or condo association covenants which will be provided at time of lease signing, earlier if requested.

Ignore - Financial Section, SSN, and Drivers License.  All tenants finances will be screened within background check.
